Dianne Jean (Ferris) Cunningham

Dianne Jean Cunningham, 77, of East Syracuse passed away on March 21, 2024 peacefully at Francis House. She is predeceased by her parents, Elizabeth (Macri) and Joseph Ferris and her sisters, Carmella Cannella and Josephine Spurchise. The love of her life, Mark Esce passed away last year and she missed him everyday. She is survived by her brother, Joseph Ferris, her daughter, Lisa Somers, her son, Brian (Kari) Cunningham, 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Dianne had retired from Legal Process Services several years ago and enjoyed working with her partner in life, Mark. There was nothing she loved more than spending time with her grandchildren. She also enjoyed traveling to Myrtle Beach, ceramics, dining out, rescuing cats, and watching movies.

Calling hours will be Thursday April 4, 2024 from 4-5:30pm at Mathewson-Forani Funeral Home, 206 Kinne St, East Syracuse, NY 13057. A memorial service will follow immediately at 5:30pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of CNY or Francis House who took wonderful care of her. The family is forever grateful to these amazing organizations.
