Alice H. (Ferguson) Reichert

Alice H. Reichert, 93, of Brewerton, died Tuesday at St. Joseph's. She was a life resident of East Syracuse, attended East Syracuse High School and in her early years, worked for New York Telephone Co. Alice was a devoted wife and mother. She loved family get togethers. She belonged to St. Matthew's parish and was a member and director of the Choir for many years.

She was predeceased by her husband of 56 years, Donald E. Reichert and her sister, Dawn Jones. Surviving are her sons, James (Joanne) of Liverpool, Gary (Molly) of Brewerton and David (Lisa) of Jonesboro, GA; her daughters, Janice Taylor of E. Syracuse and Jean Presley of Pennellville; her grandchildren, Jeffrey, Kimberly, Eric, Craig, Shawn, Ryan, KC and Richard; her great grandchildren, Brian, Mason, Ivanka, James D., Cathryn, Gabriella, Amelia, Ethan, Caleb, James P., Daniel, Dylan, Keira and Cole.

Funeral services are Saturday at 8:30am in MATHEWSON-FORANI FUNERAL HOME, INC., and 9am in St. Matthew's Church. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Dewitt. Calling hours are Friday 4-7pm at the funeral home 206 Kinne St., East Syracuse. Donations, in Alice's name, can be made to Franciscan Health Support, 7246 Janus Park Dr., Liverpool, NY 13088.
