Harry Ronald McEvers

Harry Ronald McEvers, born July 19, 1942, went home to his Father in Heaven, September 11, 2018. He was married to Constance (Cretaro) McEvers in 2001 and lived in East Syracuse, NY. Harry graduated from Wm H. Nottingham High School in 1961. He retired in 2004 from OCRRA where he worked for 28 years. Harry was a people person and loved to volunteer at the Rescue Mission, the Samaritan Center and at church. He also sang in The Masters Touch Choral 14 years. Harry was always willing to lend a hand to anyone who needed help. He was a good husband, father, brother, grandfather and great grandfather. 

He was predeceased by his parents, Harry B. and Alberta McEvers, his sister, Cynthia Caruthers and a son, Brian McEvers. He is survived by his wife, Connie; step-daughter, Christine (Mike) Olivadoti, his sons, Wayne (Cheryl) McEvers of Auburn and John (Billie Jo) McEvers of Michigan;  daughters, Rhonda (Chris) Briggs and Vickie DeVille both of Phoenix; a brother, Rick (Vickie) McEvers of Florida; 13 grandchildren and one great grandson.

Christian services will be held at Kirkville United Methodist Church, Sept 15 at 2pm. Leave a condolence for the family on the Tribute Wall.
