Margaret Masters

On Monday, July 8, 2019, Margaret Ann Masters (Richardson) entered peacefully into the loving arms of her Lord and Savior, at the age of 80.
Margaret was born on October 18,1938 in Sterling, NY to Gilford and Ruth Ella (Palmer) Richardson. She graduated Valedictorian of her class at Hannibal High School and received her teaching degree from Oswego State Universityin 1960. She went on to become a successful and beloved elementary principal in the Liverpool Central School District.
Margaret was an engaging woman who loved people, was deeply involved in the ministry of her church, was a master gardener and enjoyed camping with her husband Gerald (Jerry) Masters and their dogs.
Her giving spirit and infectious laughter will be sorely missed by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Gilford and Ruth Ella Richardson, by husband Gerald O. Masters, by brothers Gilford (Bill) and Nathan Richardson, by sisters Kathleen Pratt and Judith Arseneau.  She is survived by her step daughter Natalie Shipman, step son Todd Masters, brothers Charles and Joel Richardson, sister Barbara Hampton and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 13th, at New Hope Church (formerly Baldwinsville Alliance Church) 7587 State Fair Blvd, Baldwinsville, NY at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to New Hope Church, in honor of Margaret Masters.
