Rachel Martin Obituary

Rachel Bowen Martin, 81 of Baldwinsville, NY, went home to be with our Lord on February 19, 2018. She was born in Auburn, NY on February 25, 1936, to Seymour L. Bowen and Emma Mosher Bowen. Rachel resided in Union Springs most of her life before moving to Baldwinsville after retiring from Welch Allyn in 1999. Rachel loved to crochet and paint, and was well known for her homemade bread. She was a member of Lamson Road Community Church. Left to honor Rachel’s memory are her daughters, Christine (Michael) Selover, and Holly (Joseph) Briere; three granddaughters, Cassandra & Abigayle Selover, and Rachel Briere; her faithful dog and companion Hannah; as well as several nieces, nephews and close friends. She was predeceased by her parents and brothers Gordon and Edward Bowen. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
