Like a cat with nine lives, Beverly (Buck) Riegelman fought through many health battles in her life before her body finally grew weak after a short illness. She will always be remembered for her kind heart, her quick wit and her artistic abilities. She never met anyone she couldn't befriend. Beverly worked for Fremont Bakery through college and then at Carrier Corporation where she was an amazing resource to the accounts payable team both in Syracuse and elsewhere before her health forced her to retire early.
She is survived by her daughter and best friend, Elizabeth; her beloved sisters, Mary and Theresa; her loving brothers, Robert (Maya), John and Martin as well as members of the Riegelman family and her nieces and nephews. She is also survived by the men she lovingly counted as her sons, Brandon, Erik, Eddie and Tom. We know she will be rejoicing in heaven with her parents, Elizabeth and Robert as well as her loving husband, David, her son she loved so much, Billy, her brother, Scotty and many other friends she met along the way.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday May 7th at 11am in St. Matthew's Church, East Syracuse with a calling our from 10-11am at the church prior to the Mass.
