Brody Lee Payne, Jr.

Brody Payne Jr., of Syracuse, passed away peacefully after a brief illness at the age of 49 on Sunday, July 24, 2022. Brody was the beloved son of Ann (Stambaugh) and Brody Payne, Sr.  He is survived by his parents and two sisters, Jennifer and Mindy (Adam) Silipo, a niece, Angela Tombs, nephews Carmen (Monise) Silipo, Matthew Malorzo and Dominic Silipo, great-niece Agatha Silipo, and the light of his life, Marianna. He was pre-deceased by his beautiful niece Sarah Tombs. He is also survived by several loving aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.

Brody grew up in Whitesville, NY, where he made many friends, which he cherished throughout his life. After graduating from Whitesville Central School, he went on to earn his Associates degree in Computer Aided Drafting and worked many years for Adelphia/Time Warner Cable and various other technology companies. In his down time, he enjoyed woodworking and designing beautiful gifts for his family. Brody had an enormous heart and a sense of humor to match. He loved to make his nieces and nephews laugh. His sense of humor was hard to explain but you had to experience it to fully appreciate it. He will truly be missed by many.

Brody will be buried in the North Bingham Cemetery, on Saturday July 30, 2022, at 1:00pm, where a brief graveside service will be held.
