Crystal M. McArdell, born in Syracuse, NY on March 27, 1987, entered into eternal peace on March 23, 2021. She was currently a resident of Ontario, NY. Predeceased by her father, Michael McArdell, Crystal is survived by her beloved son, Mason Rancier; Mother, Jean Argus of N. Syracuse; Fiancee, Nicole Morris (Timmy and Denzell) of Ontario, NY; sisters Kelly Argus of Phoenix, AZ, and Melanie McArdell-Awan (Ahmed) of Brooklyn, NY; nephews Austin and Chase Cook of Phoenix, AZ; niece Hannah Awan of Brooklyn, NY.
Since ancient times, crystals have been known to be “one of a kind” magical stones used to counteract a negative effect. Crystal McArdell was just that. At a young age, she began to exhibit characteristics of a gentle, loving, soul. She was beautiful with an innocent sparkle in her eyes that could not be forgotten. She was kind and compassionate, the epitome of selflessness; literally giving those less fortunate the “shirt off her back” many a time. She was always the peacemaker, never holding a grudge, but instead offering a hug and a smile. Her hugs were the best, you could literally feel her love for you in them. Crystal had a unique sense of style and humor that encapsulated her youthful spirit. She was an avid movie buff and gaming enthusiast with an appreciation for music and meaningful lyrics. Crystal was as real as real can be and to know her, was to love her.
Crystal’s proudest achievement in life was being a mother. Her smile shone brightest when she was with her son, Mason. She simply adored him and he was her greatest joy. Crystal’s heart was made of gold, but fragile from her journey in life. Through her personal struggles, she remained fiercely protective of the ones she loved and will watch over all of us until the day we see her again.

There will be no calling hours due to COVID. A Celebration of Life will take place on June 4, 2021.
