Deborah Lynn Popovici

Deborah L. Popovici, 69 of Brewerton, passed away on September 12, 2024 at Crouse Hospital. Deborah was born in Detroit, Michigan to Jack and Patricia Frysinger. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband Teo Popovici, and her brother Douglas Frysinger.  She is survived by her sister Jaqueline Butler, brother Jeffrey (Kim) Frysinger, and sister Valerie (Gilbert) Findlay as well as many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.  She was also survived by her loving boyfriend of many years Frank Kilbourn and his daughter Leona Kilbourn, her family and Deborah’s best friend Carol Sewell. 

She graduated from Fabius-Pompey High School. She had many interests including her pets, and she loved Santa figurines. 

Burial will be at Hillside Memorial Cemetery in Central Square.
