Donna Marie Millard (Rudolph), 75, of Syracuse, lost her battle with cancer, on Monday March 8th, 2021. Born in Syracuse, New York, November 22nd 1945. Donna was predeceased by her parents Mary Rudolph- Fedkiw (née Darrow) and Charles E. Rudolph, and her two siblings Bill Lowe and Gertrude Sheggrud, as well as her ex-husband Dan Millard. Donna graduated in 1963 from Syracuse Central Tech. For 20 years she was employed by Syracuse City School district where she excelled as a buyer. In her retirement, Donna dedicated her time as a caregiver for several elderly friends.
Donna was an adoring daughter, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and Aunt, who was deeply loved by so many of her friends and extended family. She will always be remembered for her sense of humor, her generosity, and her compassion. Her most favorite ways to show her love was through her cooking, her conversations and her giving spirit. One of her greatest joys was being a member of the East congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Her faith in Jehovah was unconditional. She loved speaking of her hope for the future of a grand paradise on Earth where, “...death will be no more, neither will mourning, nor outcry, nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away” (Revelations 21:4).
Survived by her children, Michelle Shenandoah (Leon Shenandoah III), Jason Millard, Chad Millard and Mallory Hill; Grand-daughters Erica Shenandoah, Ayla Shenandoah and great- grand daughter, Auriya Lambertson.
