Francis A. Bleskoski, Jr.

Francis Bleskoski, of East Syracuse, passed away June 21, 2022. He was a devoted husband to Frances, who predeceased Frank in April of this year.  They enjoyed 67 happy years together.  Frank was in the U.S. Army before graduating from LeMoyne College. He worked until his retirement as a gas engineer at Niagara Mohawk.  

Frank enjoyed time with family and friends. He and Fritzie were a welcomed addition to every event. Frank enjoyed playing golf, watching SU Basketball, and old movies. A devout Catholic, he was always ready to help his family.

He was predeceased by his sister, Mary Betsinger. 
Surviving Francis are his sisters in law, Phyllis Baum and Cheryl Egan and a brother in law, John Tausend. Surviving nieces and nephews include, Dave Baum, Deb O’Neil, Kevin Tausend, Cathy Anderson, and Tim Egan. Frank was also a great uncle to 3 and a great, great uncle of 4. 

A Funeral Mass will be Monday June 27th at 11am at St. Matthew’s Church. Entombment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Dewitt. A calling hour will be from 10-11am at the church prior to the Mass. 
Special recognition to everyone who helped care for Fritzie and Frank over the past several years.
