Frank A. Strange, 95, of Syracuse, passed away September 10, 2025. Frank was born in Pennsylvania and served in the U.S. Army. He retired from Canada Dry and later became co-owner of the Village Eatery in Jamesville, NY. Frank was a die-hard Yankee fan and enjoyed playing pool, poker, and bocce ball, but his greatest enjoyment came from his time spent with his family.
He was predeceased by his daughter Rachael Stevenson, wife Carmen, and his three sisters, Pearl Bertetto, Josephine Schibilia, and Amelia Albino, and 2 brothers, Paul and Dominic Strange.
He is survived by his children, Peter Strange, Bobby (Mary)Davis, Marie (Larry) Trimm, Debra (Bobby) Musak, Jeanine (Charlie) Greco, Sandra (Ron) Gallo, Frank (Kelly) Strange, Paul (Barbara) Strange, 19 grandchildren,13 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
A private burial will be held at St. Agnes Cemetery on Saturday, September 13, with a celebration of life to follow.
