Helen M. (Abel) Webb

Helen M. Webb (Abel), 82, of Central Square, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on November 24, 2025.

Born in Rome, NY, Helen later moved with her family to Baldwinsville, where she started to build a life filled with love and dedication. She retired from Syracuse China after many years of loyal service. Helen was a proud lifelong member of the VFW Auxiliary, always passionate about supporting our military and veterans—a cause close to her heart.

Known affectionately as “Froggy,” Helen brought joy and laughter to those around her. She loved football and NASCAR, never missing a chance to cheer for the Raiders or root for her favorite driver, Ricky Rudd. Her enthusiasm and spirit were contagious, and her presence lit up every room.

Above all, Helen cherished her family. She is survived by her children, Melissa Webb of Holley, NY, and Leslie “Les” (Marnie) Webb of Syracuse, NY, along with her 4-legged grandbabies, who will forever carry her love and strength in their hearts.

A memorial service and burial will be held at Hillside Memorial Cemetery in Central Square, NY, at a date to be determined.
