Jacqueline M. Palmieri

Jacqueline M. Palmieri, 89, of East Syracuse, passed away November 2, 2019. Born in Syracuse, she was a communicant of St. Matthew's Church. She was the owner/operator of Palmieri Beauty Salon and retired after 35 years. She was a member of Arthur Butler Post 359 American Legion Ladies Auxiliary. She was predeceased by her husband, Carl Palmieri and her daughter, Kathleen McDermott. She is survived by her son, Daniel (Joylynn)  Palmieri of Rochester; her grandchildren, Christina McDermott, Carl (Melanie) Palmieri, and Kerry (Sean) McDermott-Lamb; her great grandchildren, Avery and Jake Palmieri; her sister, Dianne Harty of Onondaga Hill; several nieces and nephews. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday Nov 8th at 11am at St. Matthew's Church. A calling hour will be from 10-11am at the church prior to the Mass. Burial will follow in Assumption Cemetery.
