Obituary
Joann S. Boline passed away peacefully on March 6, 2022. She is predeceased by her parents, Ernest and Miriam Steinhauer, her loving husband Hubert Boline and her brother Richard Steinhauer (Carol). Joann is survived by her children, David Boline (Kathy) and Susan Boline Robinson; 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Joann was born on November 15, 1930 in Wilkes-Barre, PA. Joann was an RN working initially at Sloan Kettering Cancer Hospital and later as a school nurse. Together with her husband Hubert, they raised their two children, David and Susan, in Eggertsville, NY. Joann was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother with a wonderful personality who brightened the day of all those she met.
A private interment will be held at Mt. Greenwood Cemetery in Trucksville, PA.
Memorial Donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or to the American Heart Association.
