Josa Tennant Obituary

Josa Nancy (DePasquale) Tennant, 91, of Liverpool, returned home to the Lord on June 22, 2018. She was born in Canastota, NY to Albert and Frances (Belsito) DePasquale. Josa loved to knit and crochet and each year made hats and mittens for all the children at St. Lucy's Church. She was a wonderful baker and was famous for her Italian cookies especially her chocolate pepper balls. She was a very generous person in life and to carry on her generosity in death, she is donating her body to science. She was predeceased by her husband Earl in 1976, her son Marc in 2008, 6 brothers, 7 sisters and her beloved dogs, Gigi, Bridgette and Suzibelle. Survived by her adoring daughter, Tari Tennant of Liverpool; her sisters, Angie Kampf of Colorado, Nancy Mowry of Binghamton, Betty Zoll of Liverpool and Virgie Dunigan of Albany. There are no services. Donations in Josa's name can be made to Hospice of Central New York or the local SPCA. Condolences: mathewsonforani.com
