Lester Wilson Obituary

Lester E Wilson passed away on July 16th at home surrounded by family. A lifelong resident of North Syracuse Born March 30,1932 to parents Kenneth and Violet Wilson. He attended North Syracuse High School and entered the US Air Force shortly after where he was stationed in Japan. Upon leaving the Air Force he was employed by American Airlines for over 30 years. Lester was married to the love of his life Alice for 56 years.

He is survived by sons Scott Wilson, Norman Wilson, grandchildren Heather and Sarah Wilson, as well as daughter in law Darlene Wilson and son in law Ron Fogleman. Lester will be remembered for his intelligence, kindness, and sense of humor. He was an avid builder and a true innovator who astounded friends and family with his ability to construct or repair anything. His passions included cars, gardening, travel, and technology. Les was exceedingly generous and dedicated his life to the comfort and well being of his family. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
