Marie A. (Vignale) Culotti

Marie A Culotti, 94 of East Syracuse passed away peacefully on January 23, 2022. Born on January 14, 1928, she was the daughter of Alexander and Angelina Vignale, and beloved wife of the late Raymond Culotti. She was a doting mother of 5 children, Mark (Kristine) Culotti, Gary Culotti, Diane (Angelo) Gencarelli, Dayna (Matthew) Offredi, and Tom (Deborah) Culotti.  She was a beloved "Grammie" to nine grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.  

 Marie enjoyed entertaining where she happily shared her passion for cooking and baking. Her greatest love was to be surrounded by family and friends. Her house was a revolving door welcoming people with warmth and affection. Throughout life, she selflessly gave to those in need. Marie embodied kindness and love for all who knew her.  She will be missed.  

 Thanks to Maplewood at Stony Hill in Bethel CT where she resided the last few years of her life. Their kindness and devotion will always be remembered and appreciated.  We also thank Regional Hospice of CT who were at her bedside showing great compassion and love.

 Calling hours are Thursday, January 27 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Mathewson-Forani Funeral Home, Inc., 206 Kinne, Street East Syracuse.  Mass to be held Friday January 28 at 9:00 a.m. at St. Matthews Church, Kinne Street, E. Syracuse.  Burial to follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, 500 North Main St., Minoa.
