Marilyn Platt Obituary
Marilyn R. Platt, 82, of Cato, passed away March 24, 2022. She was born in Cortland, NY and lived most of her life in Central New York.
She was predeceased by her husband, Herman Platt in 2007 and her parents, J.D and Frances (Kenyon) Murray. She is survived by children, Michelle “Shelley” Weatherstone (Lanny Coleman) of Jordan, NY, Herman Alonzo Platt II of Auburn, Christopher Platt of Tully, Susan Platt (Jeff Twomey) of Jordan and Jeffrey A. Platt of Cato; her grandson, Jeffrey Scott Platt and a great grandson, Ayden Platt.
Marilyn was a Mom to many. She was an elderly caregiver for over 25 years. She enjoyed her flowers. She helped raise her grandson, Jeffrey from birth to present and also her great grandson, Ayden. Services to be arranged by her son, Jeffrey at a later date.
