Marilyn (Lounsbury) Tuer, 87, passed away surrounded by family and friends May 13, 2024.
Marilyn was known by many different names, but was known by many who loved her as Baba and Miss Daisy.
She wore many different hats throughout her life. From business owner, to care giver, to a beloved mom, grandma, and great grandma.
She was vivacious, full of life, and the most stubborn woman you would ever meet. She loved getting in the car and going on adventures, even if it meant just driving until she was lost and having a grand time finding her way back home (but if you ask her, she was never actually lost).
Marilyn loved her family and friends deeply. She truly had a heart of gold, and was always willing to help out whenever needed. Her life revolved around care and concern for those she loved, and we will be forever grateful for all the things she did for us throughout our lives.
She was predeceased by her sister (Sonya) and daughter (Kimberly). She is survived by her son Charles Seidel (Kathryn Geck), granddaughters Kathryn Menustik, Colleen Pilcher, and Rachel Pilcher, and her great grandchildren Jamie Scott, Althea Stolz, and Samuel Stolz, as well as nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held at 1:00pm on July 21st at Marilyn's home in Pompey.
