Reneé Anne Vinet

It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our beloved mother, Reneé Anne Vinet, who left us on September 25th, 2024 at the age of 68.

Reneé was born in New Jersey on May 23, 1956 and had a career as a real estate agent. She was surrounded by her loving family in her final moments and is now at eternal rest with her parents, Edmund and Sadina Vinet. She was a woman of immense humor and strength who cherished time spent with her loved ones. Her passion for crafting, murder mysteries, and her unwavering spirit will forever be remembered.

She is survived by her children Sandra Gwodz, Jason Gwodz, Derek Magath (Breanne Magath), and Nicole Magath-Cohen (Alisa Magath-Cohen) as well as her grandchildren: Taylor Tripp, Kaylee Gwodz, Tristan Gwodz, Henry Magath, and Owen Magath. 

Calling hours are Saturday October 5th from 1-3pm at Mathewson-Forani Funeral Home, Inc., 206 Kinne St., East Syracuse, NY.
