Rosemarie (Fasulo) McCarthy

Rosemarie Rinaldi McCarthy nee Fasulo of Syracuse, NY passed away on September 13, 2020 at the age of 90.

She was a loving and supportive mother to Mary Ann Kiehl (Cliff), Thomas Rinaldi (Lynn), Jo Marie Rinaldi, and Ashlie McCarthy and is also survived by her sister Joanne Robinson (Ronald). She was predeceased by her daughter, Irene (Renie) Rinaldi, who she lovingly cared for until her death, her devoted parents, Irene Fasulo (Perrilla) and Giacomo Fasulo, and brother Pat Fasulo. She will be remembered fondly by her grandchildren Katelyn Rinaldi (Jeffrey), Amber Winslow, Keith Rinaldi, Laurel Sartori (Bert), Chad Jones, Whitney Derrig (Jacob), Jake Rinaldi and Christin Waters, 12 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Rosemarie led a full life, making the choices that she wanted and always followed her heart. She graduated from St. John the Baptist HS in 1947. The love and passions of her life were her family, cooking, sewing, hiking and quilting which led her to open her own quilting shop, the Fabric Galleria. Becoming Assistant Manager of the Syracuse Airport Inn and having the opportunity to work at Bond, Schoeneck and King were the highlights of her career.

There will be no funeral service at this time. Memorial contributions may be made to Vera House, 723 James St., Syracuse, NY 13203.
