Scott Irving Stedman

Scott Irving Stedman, 65, of East Syracuse, NY, passed peacefully on September 26, 2022. 

Scott was born in Santa Barbara on October 27, 1956 to Homer Stedman and Sadie (Strong) Stedman. Scott is survived by his daughters Lindsay (Andrew) Greenshields and Jenny (Scott) Fedewa and siblings Tom (Kathy) Stedman, Nancy (Stan) Ferris, Candy (Neal) Wakker, Randy (Debbie) Stedman, Patricia (Jeff) Morin and his longtime partner Josephine Beneditto.  Scott is predeceased by his parents and his sister Carol Porter.

Scott loved rock and roll and fast cars, he passed down these loves to his daughters. Muscle cars were a very special part of Scott’s life, he spent many years restoring his Dodge Challenger. Scott was an avid music fan too and could easily recite intricate details of certain songs, albums or artists.

Scott’s family is left to mourn his death in private.
