Suzanne Iauco Obituary

Suzanne Josephine Iauco

[August 12, 1940] - [September 22, 2023]

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Suzanne Iauco, who fought a long and courageous battle with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS). She passed away peacefully on September 22, 2023 surrounded by her loved ones.

Suzanne was born on August 12, 1940 in Syracuse, NY to Charles and Suzanne Symer. She was a beloved wife to Salvatore Iauco and a devoted mother to Stacy (Frank) Files and Stephanie (Rodney) Miller. She is survived by her loving family, including her husband, daughters, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, two brothers and their wives and one sister who were a constant source of joy and support throughout her journey.

Suzanne touched the lives of many with kindness, wisdom, and grace. She was a dedicated, baptized Jehovah’s Witness and was part of the North Syracuse, NY congregation. It is here she found strength and comfort in her faith and hope for the

future. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing her.

Funeral services will be held privately with family.

We extend our deepest gratitude to all who provided care, support, and love during Suzanne’s battle with ALS. Your kindness will never be forgotten.
