In Loving Memory of Suzanne Mangan
January 23, 1950 — March 24, 2026
SYRACUSE, NY — Suzanne Mangan, a devoted wife, mother, and matriarch, passed on to the spirit world on March 24, 2026.
Suzanne was a cornerstone of her family, embodying the roles of wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother with boundless love. While she was a longtime resident of Syracuse, she remained deeply connected to her heritage and her people, holding profound roots and cherished family on the St. Regis Mohawk Reservation. Her life was a beautiful bridge between these two worlds, defined by the traditions she carried and the community she built.
She is survived by her devoted husband Edward Mangan, three children Karen (Alvin), Kevin & Louanne, who were her greatest pride; five grandchildren who brought her endless joy; and one great-grandchild who represented the newest chapter of her legacy. Suzanne also leaves behind a large and loving circle of brothers and sisters, along with many extended family members and friends who will miss her steady presence and warm spirit.
