Theresa Perez Saunders, born December 25,1934 in Jayuya, Puerto Rico, died July 16, 2021 in Oneida, NY. Theresa was predeceased by her husband, Robert G. Saunders, her daughter, Maria and her sister Connie, her brothers Pepe and Jimmy. She is survived by her daughters Sherry (Daniel) Kishman and Deborah Ring, her sons Mark (Dawn-Marie) and Michael (Melinda), her brother Enrique, her grandchildren Danielle (Joe) Lopacki, Wesley Melvin, Daniel (Talmay) Melvin, Angelina (Sarad) Tamang and great-grandchildren Jade Bella, Daniella, and Liam, and several nieces and nephews. Theresa was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses in 1947 and her strong faith kept her joyful through life’s many trials. She was very quick with a smile, loved to sing and was often humming a happy tune. She made the best coffee and played a mean game of Scrabble. She was loved by all who knew her and had many loving friends who long to see her again when she is resurrected in the new world to come.
