Thomas Stivers

Thomas K. Stivers of Manlius, N.Y. born October 22, 1948 died at home February 23, 2025, of natural causes. He worked at Jamesville

Correctional Facility for 24 years and retired in 2010. He received officer of the year recognition and was considered one of the finest officers

Jamesville ever had. He was interested and very well read in particle physics, cosmology, and astrophysics. He was a loving husband to his wife for 49 years. He is survived by his wife, Linda S. Stivers (Bloomingdale) and their cat Barney. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
